Non-Consensual Content & Anti-Trafficking Policy
Last updated 16 June 2026
VRPorn.video has a zero-tolerance policy for non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII), image-based sexual abuse, "revenge porn", deepfake intimate imagery, and any content produced through coercion or trafficking.
If you are depicted in non-consensual content
You do not need to be a copyright holder. If you appear in content on VRPorn.video and did not consent to its creation or distribution, email [email protected] with subject "Non-Consensual Removal". Include:
- The VRPorn.video URL of the content.
- A short statement confirming you are the depicted person and did not consent.
- One piece of corroborating evidence (a still from the content with you redacted, or government-issued photo ID that we will use only to verify and then destroy).
We act within 24 hours of verification, often faster. Content is delisted globally — not just from the page that you reported.
Anti-trafficking commitment
Per the Trafficking Victims Protection Act, FOSTA-SESTA, and the EU Anti-Trafficking Directive, we report any content that we have reason to believe was produced through trafficking or coercion to the relevant authorities (NCMEC CyberTipline for minor victims; Polaris Project's National Human Trafficking Hotline 1-888-373-7888 for adult victims in the U.S.; Europol's EMPACT line for EU cases).
Deepfake intimate imagery
Any content that synthesises a real, identifiable person into sexual scenes without their explicit consent is treated as NCII and removed under the same procedure. We do not require you to prove the content is synthetic — we accept your statement that you did not consent to the depiction at face value, subject to identity verification.
Witness reports
If you are not the depicted person but believe content involves a victim of trafficking or coercion, please contact [email protected] with everything you know. We act on third-party reports.
