All visual depictions of actual sexually-explicit conduct shown or referenced on VRPorn.video were produced by content partners who are responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75. VRPorn.video relies on the producer-of-record's certification under § 2257 and § 2257A.

How records can be reached

Records required by § 2257 and § 2257A for any visual depiction referenced from VRPorn.video are kept by the original producer at the address shown on the corresponding studio's website. Requests for verification should be addressed to the producer of the specific scene.

VRPorn.video's undertaking

• We do not knowingly accept, list, or link to content depicting any person who was not at least 18 years old at the time of production.
• We require partner studios to be a registered § 2257 "primary or secondary producer of record" and to have age-verified every performer.
• We immediately delist any scene that loses § 2257 standing.
