How to file a DMCA takedown
To be effective under §512(c)(3), a notification must include all of the following in writing:
- A physical or electronic signature of the rights holder or authorised agent.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with sufficient detail to permit us to locate it (the VRPorn.video URL).
- Your contact information — name, address, telephone, email.
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the owner, agent, or law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorised to act on behalf of the owner.
Counter-notice
If you believe a removal was made in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same email, subject line "DMCA Counter-Notice", including the same elements as above plus an explanation of why you believe the content was removed in error.
Repeat infringers
VRPorn.video terminates access for users determined to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights, in line with §512(i).
Non-rightsholder removal
If you are the person depicted in content rather than the rights holder, please use our content-removal procedure instead — the DMCA path applies to copyright owners only.
