Performer age verification (18 U.S.C. § 2257)

Every studio whose content is linked from VRPorn.video certifies under § 2257 / § 2257A that all performers were at least 18 years old at the time of production. See our § 2257 statement for the records-of-record route.

Visitor age verification (state laws)

Several U.S. states (Louisiana, Texas, Utah, Mississippi, Virginia, North Carolina, Montana, Arkansas and others as of mid-2026) require adult sites to verify visitor age before serving explicit content. Where a state-level mandate is currently in force we route visitors from that state to an age-verification step before they can stream.

EU and UK

The EU Digital Services Act and the UK Online Safety Act 2023 set duties for platforms hosting pornographic content to keep minors off the service. VRPorn.video operates within these obligations and applies headset-aware age gating in those jurisdictions.
