Consent Verification Policy
Last updated 16 June 2026
VRPorn.video does not produce content. We index scenes produced by independent adult studios. For every scene we link to, the originating studio is contractually required to certify the following:
- Every performer signed an itemised, scene-specific consent form covering the acts depicted and the format of release (VR, stereoscopic 3D, distribution channels including affiliate aggregators).
- Every performer was over 18 at the time of consent and at the time of production, verified by government-issued photo ID kept under § 2257 record-keeping.
- Performers may withdraw consent at any time. When a performer withdraws, the studio removes the content at source and notifies VRPorn.video, which delists within 24 hours.
If you are a performer and withdrew consent
The fastest path is to ask the producing studio to delist at source. If you are unable to reach the studio, or the studio is non-responsive, contact us at [email protected] and we will delist on our side immediately while we escalate with the upstream producer.
Pre-production consent vs. retroactive withdrawal
We treat pre-production consent and retroactive withdrawal symmetrically. A performer's right to withdraw is not negotiable, and is not contingent on financial repayment of past licensing fees.
Underage content
Consent is not legally possible from minors. If you believe a performer was a minor at the time of production, please report through our CSAM reporting channel — this is treated separately from consent issues and is reported to NCMEC.
